• Please note that all bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final total and ensures your time slot is reserved just for you.

• Travel within 30 minutes is included. Beyond that, a travel fee of $60 per driving hour (round trip) is applied, based on the service location. Your exact travel fee will be calculated and provided once the address is given.

• To keep everything running smoothly, please be on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, just let me know as soon as possible. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed, but anything beyond that may affect your service time or result in cancellation.
